Safe, affordable property. Great setting in the nice area, near to stores, most restaurants and Rainbow river state park, KP and other great areas;)))

Fairly clean, big size hotel with free parking next to venue. Good selection at breakfast including coffee and fruit. Favourable location in a nice area not far from restaurant, Ocala, Florida, and the surgical center.

The rooms are spotless and newly renovated, provided with with coffee and sofa, for instance. The location is great and easy, 10 minutes' walk to an enclosed shopping mall.

Nice stay but housekeeping was off
We had a comfy king studio with a sofa bed. The front desk guy was super friendly! But housekeeping didn't clean well. There was dirt left on the floor and the same coffee grounds for days. Breakfast was pretty good, a nice variety, though. The indoor pool was a big plus, real cozy after a long day.

Friendly interior design of the hotel and spacious and modern rooms with laminate flooring. Window insulation okay.
Location directly at the Interstate 75, not a nice view from the room.

There were insufficent number of luggage cart for the size of the facility, they had only two (2) luggage carts. Having five floors and no common location for cart to be placed in. Waited thirty minutes and finally gave up made several trips too the vechile.

great room features but tight parking
The room provided a wonderful view with very comfortable beds. I appreciated the super clean cleanliness and the soothing bathroom with super hot water. My experience was further improved with the helpful staff, especially Heather, who made my reservation change easy. It felt inviting to relax after my adventures. I loved watching my favorite shows on cable TV after a long day.
The parking situation was a bit tight.

The kids loved the interactive exhibits, and the staff at the hotel were so warm and accommodating.
In my kids' opinion, the pool area could use some improvements for safety, as the floor was often wet and slippery, made them a bit uncomfortable.
